"checkout was a bit Annoying"
I tried booking a flight and the payment page failed on me twice, even though my card was totally fine. I ended up waiting a while and trying again later, and Then it finally went through. The flight info and prices were ok, but the checkout process could definitely be smoother. Not a terrible experience, just kinda frustrating.

"I flew with Air Malta recently…"
I flew with Air Malta recently and the seat was... alright, I guess. Not awful or anything, but after about two hours my back started feeling stiff, which I kept noticing more than I expected. The legroom was okay for me, so that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the padding, it just felt a bit worn out, like the seat had seen a lot of flights already. I was fine overall, but I found myself thinking I’d only want to do this on a shorter trip, not anything too long.

"Not sure the routes work for me"
I’m not sure if I’m just being picky, but I’ve found it hard to plan trips with Air Malta. The routes feel a bit limited for where I usually need to go, and the connections can be awkward. I often end up checking other airlines instead because it just doesn’t feel very convenient for me.

"Poor delay communication"
I get that delays happen, but the airline really dropped the ball here. The update came way too late, and when it finally did, it was confusing. I was left standing around not knowing what was actually going on, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

"I booked with Air Malta through…"
I booked with Air Malta through airmalta the website was fine. No real complaints there. But the flight ended up being delayed by almost two hours, and the updates at the airport were unclear. Everyone was just standing around checking the boards, wondering what was going on. Is it really that hard to give passengers a proper explanation? This isn’t the first time I’ve had timing issues with them either. The plane itself was okay and the staff were nice enough, so it wasn’t all bad. But punctuality really needs to improve. Would I fly with them again? Maybe, but only if the price was much cheaper.

"Not the friendliest visit"
Maybe I just caught them on a busy day, or maybe I was already a little tired, but the staff came across as kind of rude during my visit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make the experience feel less welcoming than I expected

"Felt like I didn’t get what I paid for"
I was disappointed with how dirty my seat area was. There were crumbs on the seat, the tray table was sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I know flights aren’t always spotless, but when you’ve paid for a ticket, you don’t want to feel like you’re losing out on basic comfort and cleanliness. It made the whole flight feel gross, and I really wish it had been taken care of before boarding...

"Bag showed up later, thankfully"
The flight itself was fine, I guess, but my bag didn’t come out with everyone else’s, which had me stressed. I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting or not, but the staff checked and told me it had ended up on the next flight. I got it later that day, so it wasn’t a total disaster, just kind of annoying and not the best way to end the trip.

"Refund Came Eventually, But Promises Weren’t Kept"
I did finally get my refund, but it took way longer than they said it would. They kept promising it would be handled by a certain day, and then that day would come and go with nothing. I’m glad I got my money back in the end, but the whole process was frustrating and felt like they weren’t being honest about the timeline...

"Felt like I paid way too much"
I don’t know why the ticket cost as much as it did, because the seats felt old, there weren’t really any extras, and the flight was late too. i left feeling ripped off.

"Messy cancellation and slow refund"
My flight got cancelled the communication from Air Malta wasn’t great. I kept having to check my emails and their website because there wasn’t any clear update when I actually needed one. That part was weird, because you’d expect better information when a flight gets cancelled. The refund also took ages, and I had to chase them more than once. The staff were polite when I finally got through, but the whole process felt messy and stressful.

"Support was okay, just a little slow"
Customer support did get back to me, so that was good. I guess my usual shortcut is if a reply takes longer than I expect, I automatically think the service is a bit slow. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not as quick as I hoped.

"Pretty smooth booking experience"
I booked my flight through airmalta and, in my experience, it was a smooth process overall. I liked that the dates and prices were easy to see, and I didn’t have to keep re-entering the same details like I’ve had to do on some other airline websites. The only thing that made me pause was the payment page taking a little while to load, so for a moment I wasn’t sure if it had frozen. But the confirmation came through quickly afterward, so it all worked out fine. I’d use it again.

"Boarding Was a Mess"
I was wait in the queue for ages, and the staff were moving so slow. Nobody really explain the boarding groups clearly, so everyone just stood around confused. It felt really unorganized and frustrating

"Fees Made the Price Feel Off"
At first I thought the price was reasonable—actually, once the extra fees showed up, it felt a lot less fair. I get that fees happen, but the final total changed enough that it came across as kind of misleading.

"I used airmalta to check in…"
I used Air Malta to check in before my flight and it did work in the end. The page was kinda slow though, and I had to re-enter some of my details once, which was a little annoying tbh. After that my boarding pass downloaded fine, so no big disaster or anything. Just feels like the site could be simpler and less clunkyy.

"Drinks were fine, food could be better"
The drinks were decent, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the food was underwhelming. It tasted a bit bland and the portions were smaller than I expected. For the price of the flight, I was hoping for a little more overall.
